After any product has been shipped the customer assumes all responsibility for the product. If the shipment is refused or returned in its' entirety, there will be a 25% re-stocking fee for the returned product. If the product is not received in re-sellable condition, the product cannot be accepted and no credit will be given.

If for some reason you have an extra, unopened pail, we will gladly accept the return within 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply ship it back to us for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. In this situation, the 25% re-stocking fee is waived. The customer must pay the return shipping charges and the product must be received, unopened and in good, re-sellable condition. There are no shipping refunds. (If the product is damaged during the return shipment, no credit can be given. It is the shipper's responsibility to file a claim against the carrier for the damaged product for its fully insured purchase price.)

Due to volume and the product being a chemical we cannot accept 35 or 55 gallon drums as returns and no credit will be given, all sales are final.

With the variety of CMU (concrete blocks) produced today the customer must be advised that there are some blocks that meet structural standards but can not be sealed without extra efforts on the owners part.
